Andrew is a Partner in Middle East Advisory practice, his primary focus is within the Capital Projects and Infrastructure team, utilising extensive experience of advising and delivering major capital and infrastructure projects at all stages of the process.
Andrew joined PwC in 2014 and is based in the Dubai office. Prior to ACK3, Andrew was part of the senior management of a consulting firm in the UK.
Andrew has significant experience of construction contracts and procurement across a variety of sectors on multi-million pound projects as the commercial lead. Central to the process, Andrew has assisted clients achieve maximum return on their investment through effective commercial management. Andrew’s commercial experience has been utilised to develop commercial strategy, establish and implement strong commercial and project management processes on multi-million pound capital programmes.
