Jorge QuintanaAndrew is a Partner in Middle East Advisory practice, his primary focus is within the Capital Projects and Infrastructure team, utilising extensive experience of advising and delivering major capital and infrastructure projects at all stages of the process.
Andrew joined PwC in 2014 and is based in the Dubai office. Prior to ACK3, Andrew was part of the senior management of a consulting firm in the UK.
Andrew has significant experience of construction contracts and procurement across a variety of sectors on multi-million pound projects as the commercial lead. Central to the process, Andrew has assisted clients achieve maximum return on their investment through effective commercial management. Andrew’s commercial experience has been utilised to develop commercial strategy, establish and implement strong commercial and project management processes on multi-million pound capital programmes.
Pilar RangelPilar es profesora asociada de Derecho Internacional Público y Relaciones Internacionales en la Universidad de Málaga desde 1994. En 2014, el Centro de Inteligencia contra el Terrorismo y el Crimen Organizado (CITCO) fue pionero en un programa en Málaga para prevenir y detectar la radicalización. Pilar es una de las personas que forman parte de este programa con la Universidad de Málaga. Como experta en el tema, ha sido directora de varias reuniones y seminarios sobre seguridad tanto a nivel nacional como internacional. Actualmente es Directora del Curso de Posgrado de Expertos en Análisis del Terrorismo Yihadista en la Universidad Internacional de Andalucía y el Centro Internacional de Capacitación para Líderes y Autoridades Mayores de las Naciones Unidas (CIFAL) en Málaga, entidad dependiente de UNITAR (ONU). También participa como profesora en diferentes másteres en España y América Latina en el análisis del terrorismo y la prevención de la radicalización violenta. Pilar es directora de ACK3 INSITUTE y miembro de la Consejo Asesor de ACK3. En octubre de 2019, el Comisionado de Información General de la Policía le otorgó la Medalla al Mérito del Cuerpo Nacional de Policía con distintivo blanco.
